About Lash Aftercare

Eyelash Extension aftercare is paramount, not only for the longevity of your extensions but also for your health. Clean lashes is part of maintaining their beauty and function. Makeup and natural oils from your skin can weaken the bond of the lash adhesive, leading to extension loss. Thoroughly cleaning actually boosts the retention and you can enjoy a fuller lash line, plus they always look clean ,dry and fluffy.

Pre-Appointment Prep

This will make it easier for your lash tech to work their magic and provide better retention. Think of it like painting your nails with cuticle oil - it just won't stick!  Or perhaps going to a dentist after eating a chocolate bar....We just wouldn't do it.  Good habits always bring success!!! So, make sure to wash and blow dry your lashes before your appointment for the best lash experience!

How to care for your Lashes

We love soapy bubbles

Do not get lashes wet and avoid steam for 24 hours.

Brush lashes daily with your complimentary mascara wand.

Gently cleanse your lashes and eyelids using a gentle cleanser such as ICandy foaming lash cleanser, baby shampoo, or micellar water.

Avoid cotton. Use a makeup brush or fingertips.

Blow dry lashes on a cool setting. This helps keep your lashes fluffy and avoids premature fall out.

Use only oil-free products on and around the eyes.

NEVER use mascara or an eyelash curler!!

Avoid pulling your lashes or rubbing your eyes.
